Shipping & delivery

$25 AUD flat rate shipping on every order, anywhere in Australia. We are a parallel importer: stock is bought at retail overseas and ships from that market straight to you, so allow 2–3 business days handling and 8–9 business days transit (10–12 business days total), fully tracked. The price at checkout is final — GST and any duty are already included (Delivered Duty Paid). We don't ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Returns & refunds

14-day returns. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging (including the shoe box). Faulty or incorrect items: contact us and we'll normally provide a prepaid return label. Change of mind or wrong size: return shipping is at your cost — no restocking fee. For these returns we'll either email you a return label to post yourself, or arrange return shipping or courier collection — a $10 collection/handling fee applies when return shipping or courier collection is arranged by us, deducted from your refund. There's no fee if you post it back yourself. The $25 shipping fee is not refunded on change-of-mind returns, but it is refunded in full if we cancel your order because the stock turns out to be unavailable. Because these are parallel imports the brand's Australian warranty generally won't apply, so we handle faults ourselves — you deal with us directly. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Shoe Size Guide AU – Convert US, UK & EU Sizes

Australian shoe sizing trips almost everyone up, because Australia borrows from two different systems at once: men's Australian shoe sizes match UK sizes, and women's Australian shoe sizes match US sizes. On top of that, every footwear brand LUZActive stocks — Nike, adidas, ASICS, New Balance, Jordan, PUMA, On, Under Armour, The North Face, HOKA and Salomon — prints US sizing on the box, so the number on the label isn't your AU size unless you're shopping women's. (Hoodrich is clothing only, so it uses UK letter sizing — see its section below.)

The short version

Men: your AU size is your UK size. To get your US size, add a full size in Nike, Jordan, PUMA, ASICS, Under Armour and The North Face — or half a size in adidas, New Balance, On, HOKA and Salomon.
Women: your AU size is your US size. No conversion needed.
Everyone: if you're between sizes, size up. Every brand below recommends it.

Below is a separate conversion table for each brand, taken from that brand's own official size chart rather than a generic conversion. The offsets genuinely differ — a men's UK 9 is a US 10 in Nike but a US 9.5 in adidas — so use the table for the brand you're actually buying.

How to measure
FAQs

How to measure your foot

Do this in the late afternoon or evening — feet swell through the day and measuring in the morning will give you a shoe that's too tight.
Tape a sheet of paper to a hard floor, against a wall. Stand on it with your heel touching the wall and your weight evenly on both feet.
Have someone mark the tip of your longest toe (it isn't always your big toe).
Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for the other foot.
Use the larger of the two measurements and match it to the CM column in the brand table below. If you land between two sizes, take the larger size.

The CM figure in each table is the brand's own centimetre (Japanese) shoe size, which allows a small amount of room over your bare foot length. adidas publishes true heel-to-toe foot length instead, and that column is labelled accordingly.

Nike size chart

Nike lists half sizes across the full range. From US 7 upwards Nike men's US sits a full size above UK; below US 7 the gap narrows to half a size, so check the row rather than doing the maths. Air Force 1 and Dunk styles fit roughly half a size large; Nike running (Pegasus, Vomero, Structure) fits true to size. Nike recommends sizing up if your foot measurement falls between two sizes.

On's Australian site lists all footwear in US sizing. On men's US is half a size above UK. On women's shoes run 1.5 US sizes larger than men's, so a men's US 7 is a women's US 8.5. On recommends going at least half a size up from your street shoe for running.

Under Armour size chart

Under Armour men's US is a full size above UK. UA notes that because of metric/imperial rounding, two US sizes can land on the same UK or CM value — where that happens, go by your foot measurement in centimetres.

The North Face size chart

The North Face labels all footwear in US sizing. Hiking boots (Vectiv, Verto) are built with a roomier toe box — order your normal size and allow for a thicker hiking sock. Sandals are not made in half sizes.

HOKA size chart

HOKA men's US sits half a size above UK, the same offset as adidas, New Balance, On and Salomon — not the full size used by Nike, PUMA, ASICS, Under Armour and The North Face. HOKA's fit is snugger through the toe box than most running brands; if you have a wide foot, look for the shoe's Wide (2E) or Extra Wide (4E) option rather than sizing up a full size. Note: the Clifton 10, Arahi 8 and Challenger 8 women's models have updated sizing and HOKA recommends going half a UK size down from your usual HOKA size on those three specifically.

Salomon size chart

Salomon men's US sits half a size above UK, the same offset as adidas, New Balance, On and HOKA. Salomon is one of the few brands that publishes true foot length in both cm and inches on its own chart, which is what the CM column below reflects. Trail and hiking styles (Speedcross, X Ultra) fit true to size; if you're between sizes for a performance/racing style, Salomon recommends sizing down for a snugger fit.

Hoodrich size chart

Hoodrich is a UK streetwear label and, like Hoodrich's UK sizing generally, its garments are cut for an oversized silhouette by design — a Hoodrich M will measure noticeably roomier than an M from a standard-fit brand like Nike or adidas. There's no AU/US/UK shoe-style offset to work out here since Hoodrich only sells clothing; just match your body measurement to the garment chart for the specific item type (hoodie, tee or jogger) rather than assuming one size chart covers everything Hoodrich makes.

Hoodrich clothing sizes

Hoodrich publishes garment (flat-lay) measurements on each product's own Size Guide tab rather than one generic body chart — the figures below are taken from a representative style in each category. Hoodrich is cut for an oversized streetwear fit, so exact numbers move a little style to style; the UK letter sizing (XS–2XL) is consistent across the range. If you're between sizes, note Hoodrich runs roomy — most people are comfortable sizing to their usual letter size or even down one.

XL	47.0	35.0	78.0	26.0
2XL	51.5	36.5	78.5	5.0

Hoodrich's own chart lists the men's 2XL leg opening as 5.0cm, which breaks the steady progression seen at every other size (23.5→26.0cm from XS to XL) — almost certainly a typo on Hoodrich's site rather than the true figure. We've reproduced it as published; if you're between XL and 2XL on leg opening specifically, email us and we'll check with Hoodrich directly.

Shoe size conversion FAQs

What is my shoe size in Australia if I'm a US 9?

If you're a man, a US 9 is an Australian 8 in most brands — Australian men's shoe sizes follow UK sizing, and UK is a full size below US for Nike, PUMA, ASICS, Under Armour and The North Face. In adidas, New Balance, On, HOKA and Salomon the gap is only half a size, so a US 9 is an AU 8.5. If you're a woman, Australian women's sizes are the same as US sizes, so a US 9 is an AU 9.

Is an Australian shoe size the same as UK or US?

Both, depending on gender. Australian men's shoe sizes match UK sizes. Australian women's shoe sizes match US sizes. That's why a men's AU 9 and a women's AU 9 are not the same shoe length.

What size is a US 10 in AU?

For men, a US 10 is an AU 9 in Nike, Jordan, PUMA, ASICS, Under Armour and The North Face, and an AU 9.5 in adidas, New Balance, On, HOKA and Salomon. For women, a US 10 is an AU 10.

How do I convert EU shoe size to Australian?

Find your EU size in the brand table above and read across. As a rough guide, a men's EU 42.5 is around an AU 8 and a women's EU 40 is around an AU 8.5 — but EU offsets differ between brands, which is why we publish a separate table for each one.

What is a size 8 in cm?

For men, a US 8 is about 26 cm and a women's US 8 is about 25 cm. Measure your bare foot from heel to longest toe and match it to the CM column in the brand table above.

Do all brands use the same shoe sizing?

No. adidas, New Balance, On, HOKA and Salomon put US only half a size above UK, while Nike, Jordan, PUMA, ASICS, Under Armour and The North Face use a full size. EU offsets vary too. Always check the table for the brand you're buying.

How do I measure my foot at home?

Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall, late in the day when your feet are at their largest. Mark the tip of your longest toe, then measure from the wall to the mark. Do both feet and use the larger measurement. If you land between two sizes, size up.

Which size should I order if I'm between sizes?

Size up. Every brand we stock — Nike, adidas, ASICS, New Balance and On included — recommends the larger size when your measurement falls between two. For running shoes ASICS and On both suggest going half a size above your casual shoe size.
