At LUZActive, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping process, transit times, and costs.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all physical addresses within Australia. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes/Parcel Lockers.

Shipping Costs

  • Orders $150 AUD and over: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders under $150 AUD: Flat rate of $25 AUD.

  • All shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), handling may take an additional 1-2 days.

Transit Time & Delivery

To ensure we offer the latest premium activewear, we fulfill orders from our international distribution centers.

  • Transit Time: 8–9 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10–12 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel in real-time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

No Hidden Fees: For all orders shipped to Australia, LUZActive covers all import duties and customs clearances. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be contacted by customs or couriers to pay additional fees to receive your package.

Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LUZActive is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee may apply.
