Returns & refunds

14-day returns. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging (including the shoe box). Faulty or incorrect items: contact us and we'll normally provide a prepaid return label. Change of mind or wrong size: return shipping is at your cost — no restocking fee. For these returns we'll either email you a return label to post yourself, or arrange return shipping or courier collection — a $10 collection/handling fee applies when return shipping or courier collection is arranged by us, deducted from your refund. There's no fee if you post it back yourself. The $25 shipping fee is not refunded on change-of-mind returns, but it is refunded in full if we cancel your order because the stock turns out to be unavailable. Because these are parallel imports the brand's Australian warranty generally won't apply, so we handle faults ourselves — you deal with us directly. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Shoe Size Guide AU – Convert US, UK & EU Sizes

Australian shoe sizing trips almost everyone up, because Australia borrows from two different systems at once: men's Australian shoe sizes match UK sizes, and women's Australian shoe sizes match US sizes. On top of that, every brand LUZActive stocks — Nike, adidas, ASICS, New Balance, Jordan, PUMA, On, Under Armour and The North Face — prints US sizing on the box, so the number on the label isn't your AU size unless you're shopping women's.

The short version

Men: your AU size is your UK size. To get your US size, add a full size in Nike, Jordan, PUMA, ASICS, Under Armour and The North Face — or half a size in adidas, New Balance and On.
Women: your AU size is your US size. No conversion needed.
Everyone: if you're between sizes, size up. Every brand below recommends it.

Below is a separate conversion table for each brand, taken from that brand's own official size chart rather than a generic conversion. The offsets genuinely differ — a men's UK 9 is a US 10 in Nike but a US 9.5 in adidas — so use the table for the brand you're actually buying.

How to measure your foot

Do this in the late afternoon or evening — feet swell through the day and measuring in the morning will give you a shoe that's too tight.
Tape a sheet of paper to a hard floor, against a wall. Stand on it with your heel touching the wall and your weight evenly on both feet.
Have someone mark the tip of your longest toe (it isn't always your big toe).
Measure from the wall to the mark in centimetres. Repeat for the other foot.
Use the larger of the two measurements and match it to the CM column in the brand table below. If you land between two sizes, take the larger size.

The CM figure in each table is the brand's own centimetre (Japanese) shoe size, which allows a small amount of room over your bare foot length. adidas publishes true heel-to-toe foot length instead, and that column is labelled accordingly.

Nike size chart

Nike lists half sizes across the full range. From US 7 upwards Nike men's US sits a full size above UK; below US 7 the gap narrows to half a size, so check the row rather than doing the maths. Air Force 1 and Dunk styles fit roughly half a size large; Nike running (Pegasus, Vomero, Structure) fits true to size. Nike recommends sizing up if your foot measurement falls between two sizes.

Jordan size chart

Jordan is a Nike brand and uses the Nike footwear size chart. Air Jordan 1 (High and Low) runs narrow through the midfoot — if you're between sizes or have a wide foot, go up half a size. Air Jordan 4 and 11 fit true to size.

ASICS size chart

ASICS labels its Australian sizing as US — the ASICS site shows this column as “US/AU”. ASICS recommends sizing up half a size from your casual shoe size for running shoes. ASICS also offers width fittings: 2A (narrow), B and D (standard), 2E and 4E (wide).

On's Australian site lists all footwear in US sizing. On men's US is half a size above UK. On women's shoes run 1.5 US sizes larger than men's, so a men's US 7 is a women's US 8.5. On recommends going at least half a size up from your street shoe for running.

The North Face size chart

The North Face labels all footwear in US sizing. Hiking boots (Vectiv, Verto) are built with a roomier toe box — order your normal size and allow for a thicker hiking sock. Sandals are not made in half sizes.

What is my shoe size in Australia if I'm a US 9?

If you're a man, a US 9 is an Australian 8 in most brands — Australian men's shoe sizes follow UK sizing, and UK is a full size below US for Nike, PUMA, ASICS, Under Armour and The North Face. In adidas, New Balance and On the gap is only half a size, so a US 9 is an AU 8.5. If you're a woman, Australian women's sizes are the same as US sizes, so a US 9 is an AU 9.

Is an Australian shoe size the same as UK or US?

Both, depending on gender. Australian men's shoe sizes match UK sizes. Australian women's shoe sizes match US sizes. That's why a men's AU 9 and a women's AU 9 are not the same shoe length.

What size is a US 10 in AU?

For men, a US 10 is an AU 9 in Nike, Jordan, PUMA, ASICS, Under Armour and The North Face, and an AU 9.5 in adidas, New Balance and On. For women, a US 10 is an AU 10.

How do I convert EU shoe size to Australian?

Find your EU size in the brand table above and read across. As a rough guide, a men's EU 42.5 is around an AU 8 and a women's EU 40 is around an AU 8.5 — but EU offsets differ between brands, which is why we publish a separate table for each one.

What is a size 8 in cm?

For men, a US 8 is about 26 cm and a women's US 8 is about 25 cm. Measure your bare foot from heel to longest toe and match it to the CM column in the brand table above.

Do all brands use the same shoe sizing?

No. adidas, New Balance and On put US only half a size above UK, while Nike, Jordan, PUMA, ASICS, Under Armour and The North Face use a full size. EU offsets vary too. Always check the table for the brand you're buying.

How do I measure my foot at home?
