The North Face labels all footwear in US sizing, and Australian women's sizes are the same as US — a US 8 is an AU 8.

Fit: Hiking boots (Vectiv, Verto) have a roomier toe box — order your normal size and allow for a thicker hiking sock. Sandals are not made in half sizes.
