  • 1. Verified Sourcing — Every item is sourced from authorised distributors or the brand's own regional retail network, never grey-market resellers.
  • 2. Pre-Shipment Inspection — Stock is physically inspected for stitching, branding, hardware and packaging consistency against the brand's current-season standard before it leaves our warehouse.
  • 3. Batch & Style Code Cross-Check — Style codes and batch numbers are cross-referenced against the brand's official catalogue.
  • 4. Packaging & Tag Integrity — Swing tags, care labels, and dust bags are checked for the correct print quality, font and placement used by the brand that season.
  • 5. Material & Construction Review — Fabric weight, stitching density and hardware finish are compared against verified genuine samples.
  • 6. Serial / SKU Documentation — Where applicable, SKU and serial information is retained on file for the life of the order.
