Who we are

LUZActive is the retail brand of Luzscape Pty Ltd, an Australian proprietary company registered in Victoria. We sell genuine performance and lifestyle footwear and apparel to customers across Australia.

How our business actually works

LUZActive is a parallel importer. We buy genuine, brand-new stock at retail from established sports retailers overseas — currently in New Zealand and Malaysia — and it ships from that market directly to your address in Australia through our third-party logistics partner.

That is the entire model. We hold no inventory in Australia, we operate no warehouse or distribution hub, and we hold no distribution agreement with Nike, Jordan, adidas, ASICS, New Balance, PUMA, On Running, Under Armour or The North Face. We are not an authorised dealer for any of them, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. What you receive is the same product sitting on a shelf in an overseas store — bought at retail, and forwarded to you.

Every product page tells you which market that item ships from, so you know before you buy rather than after.

Parallel importing is entirely legal in Australia. It is how most of the price and range gaps between markets get closed. We would rather explain it plainly than dress it up as something it isn't.

What that gets you

  • Genuine product. It comes from real retail stores, not from a marketplace seller or an unnamed supplier.
  • Sizes and colourways Australia doesn't get. Overseas ranges differ from Australian ones, and some releases never land here at all.
  • One price, landed. Every price on this site is in AUD and includes GST and any applicable import duty. There is no customs bill waiting for you at the door.

What you should know before you buy

  • Delivery takes longer than a local warehouse. Expect 2–3 business days handling and roughly 8–9 business days in transit. If you need something by a date, tell us first and we will give you an honest answer.
  • The brand's Australian warranty may not cover a parallel import. Manufacturers generally honour warranties only through their own authorised channels in each country.
  • So we cover it ourselves. If an item arrives faulty, is not what was described, or fails in a way it plainly shouldn't, contact us and we will refund or replace it. You deal with us, not with a brand's warranty desk. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply to us as the seller regardless of anything written here — nothing on this page reduces them.
  • The original store receipt is not in the parcel. Your LUZActive order confirmation is your proof of purchase, and it is the only thing we need from you to sort out a return or a fault.

What we do and do not claim

We sell genuine goods bought from legitimate retail sources, and we stand behind them. We do not operate a laboratory, we do not run forensic authentication on individual items, and we will not pretend otherwise. If you ever have a concern about something you have received, tell us and we will make it right rather than talk you out of it.

All brand names, trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the goods we sell.
